Hull #6925

Dave Heerensperger brought out the newfangled outrigger hull in 1969. Designed to break the world straightaway record, the hull never lived up to expectations. It struggled in the turns, and the team shelved the boat after just five races.

In 1969, Tommy "Tucker" Fults drove the craft in the five races that it entered. It had a best finish of 3rd at the Atomic Cup in the Tri-Cities, and the boat finished 8th in national high points.
